Keith Griffith, a 19-year-old Satsuma High School graduate, has Down syndrome. Determined to attend college, the 2016 graduate decided to apply for a program at the University of South Alabama. According to Fox News, the program Keither applied for is designed for students with special needs ranging from 19-25 that teaches them how to become more independent. They also teach how to apply for jobs.
